Phone Counselling

  • We are open 24/7.
  • The service is available for people in Australia aged 15 years and over.

 

Online Counselling Chat

  • Click the floating chat button on the right to start a web chat with a counsellor.
  • Fill in the fields and click ‘Start Chat’ to initiate the conversation. A counsellor will connect with you as soon as possible.
  • The session will last up to 30 minutes. Your online counsellor will advise when your session is coming to a close.
  • We are open 24/7.
  • The service is available for people in Australia aged 15 years and over.

 

Video Counselling Chat

  • A video counselling session lasting up to 30 minutes is available via appointment.
  • To make an appointment, click the video chat button at the bottom of the page.
  • A pop-up chat box will appear. Fill in the fields and click ‘Start Chat’ to initiate the conversation.
  • A counsellor will ask you for some additional information and schedule a time for a video chat appointment.
  • The video chat service is available for people in Australia aged 18 years and over.
